Product Description

This suicide resistant Captain’s Bed is designed and engineered specifically for critical environments. The BF950 features Dura-PlyTM construction and fits a standard 36” x 80” mattress. The finish is a catalyzed vinyl sealer coat plus a catalyzed varnish top coat for wear resistance. The bed itself is 3/4” plywood with natural hardwood veneer and impact resistant PVC edge bonding securely doweled and glued at strategic locations. Sturdy 3/4” plywood back is securely fastened to this unit and can be removed to access concealed floor anchoring holes inside the case. The BF950 also features two centered built-in open storage compartments. Tamper-resistant fasteners and non- removable adjustable non-mar floor glides are standard. The BF950 is manufactured in the USA, has a static load rating of 750 lbs, ships assembled, and comes with a 5 year warranty. Options include a Bottom Closure Panel and Wall Mount Headboard.
